Every time someone describes their PC as 'My rig'? :)

What about this one? :mrgreen: - I agree, never got the rig thing, its generally just called my computer or PC.
- It's an old and widely used term. Language evolves, so just embrace it!
- How about Battle Station?
- Some people build the PC's and upgrade it piece meal. They also over clock memory and CPU. That's why I thought people called it their rig. I build mine up, though I don't call it a rig I can see why someone would.
- My PC is very much piece meal as parts have been swapped at different times I would say this PC is 10 years old but not a single part remains from the original spec but I have never started again.
