Anyone know of a way to select an English voice for Meta AI?

It's driving me a bit nuts...   Before the introduction of Meta AI if I set my Localisation to English (UK) I could select an English voice for the assistant, but now with my Localisation on English (UK) it will only use an American voice.

Is there any way to fix this?
