Attempted account hacking

I just want to make sure noone else falls for this.

My sister was playing gorilla tag when out of nowhere all the apps on her vr disappeared except one called "birthdayfarty". It had an all black icon with two white dots. Im assuming someone put that there hoping a little kid would click it and get their accounts stolen. Luckily my sister didn't click it.
What i did to get rid of it was go into settings and delete the file then restart the vr.
