Audio glitch, please help

So, whenever I record, either using controllers, or going in the meta quest thingy to record, it doesn’t include the “include mic audio” feature, but it still record my mic. The only problem is, when I record I don’t hear the game’s audio. Only the sound of my voice, there could be a loud jump-scare, a kid saying racist things, nothing. Only my voice. It only records the games audio when the game has its own camera, like how gorilla tag has a camera inside the game itself. Can someone help me? (Meta-quest 3s btw if that’s necessary)
