Bad to worse …. Pro Touch controllers fun

I started the day complaining about the lack of notification regarding updates …

Now the update itself is the problem.  I’m on a Quest 2, but using Touch Pro controllers, and have been for  the last 8 months.  They have previously received updates in their usual “surprise” way of doing things right up until today.

Now the surprise is that they are stuck at 0% status and will not proceed further.

I’ve rebooted them, and the headset. Multiple times.

Any further suggestions? Any help would be great.
