Black screen
I pay for a oculus two off eBay and I think it’s still connected to the other person oculus account because it’s stuck on a black screen and I cannot reset it. I cannot program it.
You've possibly been sold a malfunctioning headset.
Did you try factory resetting it?
To perform a factory reset using your Meta Quest:
- Turn off your headset. You can turn your Meta Quest headset off by holding down the power button for at least three seconds until the indicator light turns off and you hear the power down chime.
- Hold the power and volume (-) buttons on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen has loaded on your headset.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
- Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
