Bug Report – Horizon Worlds “Unable to Load Content”

Headset: Meta Quest 3

 

Every time I open the Create tab in Horizon Worlds, I get:

“Unable to load content – Something went wrong. Please change tabs or try again.”

 

Details:

  • Platform: Horizon Worlds (Quest 3)
  • Region: UK
  • Account: @BruceArthurW…
  • Issue: Create tab won’t load any of my worlds or templates.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

 

  1. Open Horizon Worlds
  2. Go to Create tab
  3. Error appears — no content loads

 

 

What I’ve Tried: Restarting app/headset, switching tabs, checking Wi-Fi — issue persists.

 

 

 

Escalation to Meta:

 

Dear Mark,

 

This isn’t disrespect — it’s frustration. Horizon Worlds is breaking, and creators are being ignored.

 

Right now:

  • Scripts stop working randomly
  • Automatic backups no longer work
  • Worlds crash, freeze, or corrupt
  • VR and Desktop editors are unstable and out of sync
  • Core tools glitch or vanish during builds

 

Creators are the reason Horizon has content, but it feels like no one at Meta is listening. Many are moving to VRChat because Horizon is becoming unusable.

 

If Meta still cares about Horizon and its creators, we need:

 

  1. Stable software and working backups
  2. Honest communication with creators
  3. Updates that fix, not break

 

 

I have now escalated this directly to the CEO of your company, Mark Zuckerberg, as I am extremely unhappy with the state of Horizon Worlds.

 

Please advise what the next step is in the official complaint procedure.
