Bulk Purchase-Meta Quest 3

Hello Community Members:  I'm representing a regional university seeking to secure a bid proposal on a bulk purchase of 100 Meta Quest 3 headsets/accessories/management service subscription.  Meta is challenging to navigate when attempting to secure a bid proposal document (to meet purchasing department requirements), especially identifying a Meta representative to directly speak/work with.  Any suggestions on Meta contacts with phone/email would be greatly appreciated.  I've left emails and worked with chat to no avail.  Thanks in advance.
