Can’t log into account need HELP

I’ve been off my oculus for a while now and I’ve recently tried to log in again it gives me a verification code but after I put it in it says

I am of age and don’t think i am violating any guidelines I need advice. I can’t anything on the website that could help me and it keeps telling me to log in but I can’t because of this problem. I have created a new account and that’s how I am writing this if you have any ideas on how to fix this I would love to know, thanks.
