@DaftnDirect @Syrellaris - Yeah, it was mainly about the eye muscle I was thinking about and that's why I thought it might be credible. The things I read suggested focusing on text you could see close up as possible for 3 seconds and then to look at an object 15 ft away for 3 seconds. Basically to strengthen the eye muscles that concentrates on focus. Sounded quite convincing tbh.
From what I read it also mentioned that wearing glasses only damages your eye sight quicker, by making your eyes lazy instead of using these focus muscles more through exercise. I don'y normally fall for such suggestions, but it did get me thinking. I might give it a try since you are supposed to see a difference in a months time. It consists of rolling your eyeballs and things, so I better not do it when the girlfriends around. She might get the wrong idea and think it's something she said..
I can assure you as a person that has been wearing glasses since I was a little kid, that glasses do not damage your eyesight quicker, in fact it stabilizes it. If you need glasses and you don't wear them, you put extra strain on your eyes which can actually damage it further. Your eyes also still focus using glasses, glasses just make it so the light hits your Retina correctly instead of past it or before it.
I can only tell you, if you have eye issues, go see your optician or even your optometrist.
P.S. You cannot fix nearsightedness and farsightedness by doing excersizes for your eye muscles. It's all based on how your eye's lens bends light to reach the retina.
