I have an existing Meta account under an email address I no longer have access to any more so I can no longer login to my account. Does anyone know how I can get back into this account and change my email address? All the rest of my account information should be fine. It is sending a code to my old email so I can't input that code to finish the login to the account.

You guys are very helpful. Good job. A question for you. Would it not be better to send pin codes etc to the registered mobile phone with the Meta app installed, via SMS? Sending messages via email is very 2010's . 😁
You wouldn't believe how many people post here because they can't use their 2FA... because they no longer have access to the phone number they used to register.
So, no matter how it's done... it's never good for everyone.🙃
That's true... maybe that's why I don't like the idea of an account center where all accounts are linked. It just causes trouble.
