cant post due to stupid forum feature, ridiculous

Question

i cannot post/browse without this huge &nbsp;banner coming up on my phone asking "you have questions that have answers" and the "x" to close it is "greyed out", making it impossible to get rid of.&nbsp;i just tried to create a new message and it blocked the "post" button, so i tried to click the thin line of the "post" button that was visible underneath it, and of course it clicked the banner and i LOST MY WHOLE MESSAGE.I CANNOT POST NOW.&nbsp;in order to post this, i was forced to go into all my questions and mark then as "answered" or notis this supposed to be another "feature" of this forum? why is shit always breaking here because of these stupid "features" that some hipster intern thinks are a good idea?

I dont see any pop ups or banners period on this site.. nothing is blocking me from posting. Must be sonething with your device your using.. what are you using and browser?

Im on a android phone and use chrome. Dont see it either on the pc using edge.

Download and use the Chrome browser, I think it has APB built-in. Certainly haven't got anything like that appearing when posting using my phone.
