Can't use Meta Imagine

When Meta Imagine launched, I was able to use it just fine.

I purchased my Meta Ray Ban Wayferers and im not sure if its just a coincidence, but that same week, Meta Imagine stopped working for me. If I use a VPN or use an alternate account, Meta Imagine works fine. Once I log into my original account, I get the same error message.

This happens on every browser I have tested; I cleared my cookies/cache and flushed my DNS.

I contacted support and nobody in Meta Support seems to know what Meta Imagine / Meta Ai even is.
