Come and help me

Hey rifters,
I'm looking for a way for news to appear in a notification-kind-of-way. What I want it to do is for news scroll across the bottom of my desktop (or top). Key words are RSS
and news feed, even though I don't know what they mean.

    What are you talking about?  You want RSS feeds to scroll across the bottom or top of your desktop even though you don't know what an RSS feed is?  I assume you want this to happen inside your Rift headset and not just on a desktop screen since this is a VR forum.....
