At least your's works. Their firmware updates keep bricking my controllers. My quest 3 went through 3 controllers in seven weeks. Now my kid's quest 2 controller won't pair with the constant firmware fails.
i have since disputed the purchase w/ my credit card since META has refused to take ownership of these damages other than the same BS that never works and the infamous "you warrant has expired but for $100 we can send you one refurbished controller"
