Created Meta account for my company work profile and got permanently banned

My company has a Meta Bussiness account from where they manage their Business WhatsApp number. For some project, I got the invitation to the company's account on my work email-id. So, I created a new Facebook account with my work email-id in order to accept the invite to the Company's Business account.

I was able to explore the company's account for about 10 minutes, after which my newly created got banned for "Not following Community Guidelines". I had the option to appeal this ban. It asked me to upload a selfie video, looking at different directions. After 1 day, my appeal got rejected and the account is now permanently banned it seems.

Is there any way to re-activate the facebook account?
