Developer mode ban

Just created organizations with company name on windows website 2 months ago.

However my meta account on VR device don't recognise me as developer.

I've been working with unreal engine development since 2018. Modding ue3 games on nexus is my passion. Last year switch to unity engine to recompile tons of scripts to execute to build only for Meta quest 3/S for free.

I don't have real company registered in my primary European country, I don't have commercial game studio. But what's the issue with removing my developer mode? 

I looking for someone from Meta Team to inspect my account ID to fix this. 

Yes you can change my card if enabling developer features has pricing methods. I know I'm not hired as developer and I don't have legal company to enable dev mode but I wish to do that.
