DK2 Windows 10 pro compatability issues PLEASE HELP

Hi everybody

I just built a gaming rig and bought a DK2, After trying to get the DK2 working on windows 10 pro and having to re-install windows 3 times I decided to do some research, I discovered the DK2 has issues with Win 10 pro as we all know!. for this reason I am asking for help. I have hit the brick wall and have no idea how to proceed. I have included the specs of my system and ask for help to try get my DK2 working. I've never had a VR headset so havn't a clue how to get it working.

1. Issues: I plug my DK2 into the VR ready port on my Nvidea GTX1070 which is the top HDMI port. I plug the usb into a USB 3.1 on my motherboard. it powers up starts downloading USB drivers then I get a windows blue screen of death. "nothing works to get back into windows so re-install windows 10." VERY! frustrating... 

Question number 1. What drivers do I need to install? Is the DK2 plug and play? or do I need to have drivers installed first to avoid windows from crashing?

2. Has Oculus released a patch to enable the DK2 to work on Windows 10 or am I floging a dead horse? 

I use my gaming rig for Flight Sim XSE and want to get the DK2 running so I can use other Flight simulators.
