Do I have to run Nvidia 3D vision wizard after every Graphics driver update?

Do I have to run Nvidia 3D vision wizard after every Graphics driver update? Currently I do a clean install of a new Graphics driver, but it's a pain having to run through the wizard for Nvidia 3D vision for my projector and monitor each time. If I just opt to update the graphics driver and keep the setting, will this then prevent me from having to run the Nvidia 3D vision wizard and set it things up again?..
