Does support receive the emails ?

Hi

Firstly this is not a complaint but pointing out a problem I am having trying to confirm my DK2 card details.

I emailed support@oculus.com asking if I could check my card details as I am not sure if the card used has expired and I like many others do not want to hold up the DK2 shipment. Also I need to ensure the correct email address is being used as when I check it only shows my original DK1 order.

I get a very friendly email back each time (3 attempts) asking me to rate the service received in this email communication but no reply about the actual subject. I have obviously not replied to the questionnaire as I have not had my questions answered.

So any help would be great as I am itching to try my VR apps I am working on in the new DK2 glasses.

    i figure the email can't work fine atm, they must filter about 20.000 (sure) emails a day about children with trantums.

    anyway go "/sales" here appears all your data and check
  • Steve, I see you have 2 tickets in our support channel, both of which have multiple replies from our support agents. I think your question was answered, but maybe there was a problem on your end with receiving the emails (spam filter, etc.).

    In any case, we will give everyone a chance to update their payment information soon.

    anyway its wednesday, with luck we begin receive later next week the first ones

    This is exactly what I did and all I ever got was the "How was the support today" message :-)
    I scanned my junk and nothing, just saying.

    Perhaps you could confirm if I am at least in the list, I did pre order within the first couple of days of announcement and which email address I am ordered through @hotmail.com or @imica.net, not worried which.

  • I only see the $50 deposit on your order with the original credit card. If that card is still valid, you are probably OK. If you would like to discuss this further, please send me a PM and I'll see how I can help.
