Don’t buy direct from Meta.

I returned my Meta Quest headset in good faith after following all their instructions but weeks later I am still waiting for a resolution. Instead of a replacement or refund I have been stuck in a loop of copy and paste support emails saying they “understand my frustration” but offering no actual answers.

 

Meta’s support process is slow repetitive and unhelpful. You never speak to the same person twice they avoid giving clear timelines and you get nothing but vague “we are investigating” responses.

 

If your order goes wrong whether it is lost delayed or damaged be prepared for endless waiting zero accountability and no direct way to speak to someone who can actually fix it.

 

Buy from a reputable retailer who will stand behind their warranty and process returns promptly. I wish I had.
