There is probably some period of "exclusivity" to keep those games on a single or limited number of formats for a period of time. Oculus has done the same thing with various games they have sponsored. Given the size of the Oculus community it is only a matter of time before they try to add that market to their player base and vice versa for Oculus-only titles. Those games were expensive to make and they will need to market them to all the VR players possible.
