Editing child account issue

Hi there. I created an account for my 13 year old child, but accidently put in his birthday incorrectly. He can't use the Horizon plus subscription now because he's in the wrong age group. I tried to edit his birthday, but it says it can't process my request and to contact support. I can't get a response to get help. What can I do aside from making a whole new account?
