Embedding videos

 I seem to recall that in the past, when you pasted in a link to a YouTube video on these forums, it would automatically embed that video into the forum discussion, now it only places a link. I know embedding  is still possible since I see others doing it. How do you embed a video rather than just placing a link? 

Example:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=H2EIsnr_cv4


It needs to follow a certain syntax (not mobile version but www.youtube.com/watch?v={video id} ):
