Facebook Hacked

My Facebook has been hacked. I have visited all links through the Facebook help center to recover my account. I have visited the linked for when your Facebook has been hacked and have submitted my ID to recover the account. The issue is that the hacker set up a 2 factor authentication through their phone and so even with submitted my ID and receiving a recovery email from Facebook, it always asks me to submit a code from the 2 factor account which I do not have access to.
