FB Account Linked to Fraudulent IG Account and Now Suspended

Hello. My Facebook account was recently hacked by someone who linked it to a fraud Instagram account. Now I've been locked and suspended from my Facebook account and though I've tried my absolute best to contact anyone from FB or Instagram, it's incredibly difficult and I don't appear to be getting anywhere. A user on Instagram said that the only way they were able to regain access to their account to secure it was to purchase a Meta Verified status, but I'm unable to purchase one since I'm unable to log in to Facebook. Can anyone please help me with this situation? I'm willing to pay for the Meta subscription just to unlock my account or ideally, I could find a way to tell anyone who will listen that the IG account that got linked isn't me.     I'm literally going through the same thing. Have tried everything with ZERO help from anyone or anywhere.

        I am trying, without success, to deal with the same problem. Facebook Help Centre does not help and people are losing their accounts due to Meta incompetence. I'm about to lose pictures of my mum who passed away in 2007, when I first joined up to facebook and your company does not care to respond on x.com or provide anyway to contact your company.  You're a disgrace allowing people to lose precious memories that cannot be retrieved. You've no heart.
