Feature Request: Voice Chat Restriction

I'm not sure the best way to share this - but as a parent of a child who just got a Quest as a gift, I'm pretty happy with most of the parental controls available.

One glaring issue - there doesn't appear to be a GLOBAL option to restrict voice-interactions to friends only.

I do not want my child interacting with anyone on the internet via voice, but I also don't want to restrict him from cool games he wants to play that don't support a "friends only" voice channel.

This is a common feature in online gaming and should be universally available as a privacy/voice chat setting.

Please help me get this request in front of developers if there is a better place to share this request, thank you!
