How do I enter frequent phrases (such as email address) into websites with a single click ?

Hark! Attend, thou weary traveler of the Digital Realm, whose fingers, worn to nubs from typing “steve@whatever.com,” cry out for mercy.

Act I — The Summoning of the Auto‑Fill Sprite

Summon forth the Browser Sprite, that capricious imp who lurks within Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Whisper thy sacred email but once, and the creature shall remember it with the clinginess of a jilted lover in a tavern brawl. Next time thou clicketh the field, the sprite leaps forth screaming:

“GOOD SIR, I KNOW THIS ONE!”

and slams thy email into the box with the subtlety of a drunken mule.

Act II — The Sorcery of Text Expansion

Invoke the dark arts of Text Expansion. Type but a sigil — perhaps “;em” — and lo! Thy entire email address erupts forth like Macbeth’s guilt, inescapable and wildly inconvenient.

Act III — The Password Manager’s Oath

Swear fealty to a Password Manager, a noble knight who remembers all: thy passwords, thy addresses, and possibly thy childhood traumas. With a single click, he gallops forth and fills the form before thou canst utter, “By my troth, that was fast.”

Act IV — The Copy‑Paste Tragedy

Or, if thou art a creature of chaos, keep thy email forever upon the clipboard, pasting it into every field, every document, every love letter, until all the kingdom knows thou hast no restraint.
