Getting antsy for new gear, new game
So I have been eye'ing getting Elite: Dangerous, and decided to go a bit overboard with it, like I am known for :( And I wonder why I am constantly broke and eating Ramen. /sigh.
So, on Friday, along with Elite: Dangerous, I am planning on getting:
- 2x Case fans (for my HDD's, as they're getting a bit hot I've noticed)
- 10 port powered USB hub
- Saitek PZ35 Pro Rudder Flight Pedals
- Saitek X-55 Rhino Pro Flight Stick (mid range HOTAS? )
- My bicycle from the bike shop, getting a set of Jones H-Loop bars. Yarr!
And yea, along with my student loans, well.. hi2u ramen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unless I catch a rabbit, then, well, there is that.
Welp, let's see, pay-day after next, going to hit up a Rift (all of the real dev's should have them bought, so now it's time for enthusiasts / wanna-be devs such as myself). And that's it for the next check. This will allow me to save up for the next big purchase:
Flight Sim Chair. I was looking at the Obutto R3volution Gaming Cockpit with some of the accessories to turn it into a computer workstation as well.
Well, after all of that, the GTX880's should be coming out, or already released, so that will be my last stop. And hopefully by then, my Rift will arrive.
Can't wait.. epic setup :D
