Guidance: A piece on Meta Quest and game developers who stop their game servers.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on who could write a story about Meta Quest and one of their games they sell and the company who makes the game.

They (Meta) have been selling a game that doesn't load and they keep selling it to us people. They promise it's a temporary error and will be fixed soon. Well it's been a year for me since my purchase and it's never worked once. I've been reading all these reviews from the game and this has been going on for over a year. If you don't ask for a refund in 14 days ,your out of luck. Can anyone help and show these people out to everybody.
