HELP ME WITH MY ACCOUNT

This is a second account, I can’t log into my real one. My authentication is on my old tablet, but the authentication didn’t transfer to my new one. I can’t get the old one back because it’s broken, and when I log in to my account it says go to the broken tablet. I need to get my actually account back, it has some expensive games. Can anybody help?
