Help with FPS? its acting weird.
2.jpg1.jpglet me say, i'm not very computer savvy. I have a very basic knowledge on how computers work. but i am a OR supporter and an avid game enthusiast. so please excuse my ignorance.
here is what im working with
Processor : Intel core i7 cpu q740 @ 1.73 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
OS : win7 64bit
Graphics card: ATI mobility radeon hd 5870
In the tiny world demo, im getting around 112 FPS....but in Tuscany, im getting 12..yes 12 lol. any suggestions on how i can get my fps up in tuscany?

I just checked my frame rate in the among the sleep alpha, it stayed @ around 60 fps
just to be double sure, i launched gmod, . fps stayed around 60 there as well
