Help!!!

My friends oculus controller has just short circuted and is now radiating heat and we're afraid it will catch on fire. We're seriously concerned that this could be a problem that other people could experience under certain circumstances and we feel as if this could be substantial information. Please help!

    If it's not too late already, throw it into a bucket of water.

    BTW, which controller? Remote, XBox or Touch?

    Substantial information requires substantial detail.

    That is not normal. I would recommend to first remove the batteries and to discontinue using the device. Then contact us so we may assist with getting a replacement. Thanks.
