we should be able to play games that we have on horizon+ available on the horizon link app as well. i've tried to stream through the casting website and man it's buggy. can we please fix this. i shouldn't have to buy games in order to use the link app for pcvr gaming

Of course you should. Quest games and pc vr games are based on different systems, Quest - Android, PC - Windows, so you can't play a Quest game on pc.
Some games are cross-buy. If you buy one version, for example the Quest version, you'll get the pc version free and vice versa.
But not, if you get the game through the Horizon + subscription, even if it is actually a cross -buy game. The Horizon + subscription is Quest only.
