Horizon worlds not loading thumbnails

There is a problem loading thumbnails on Horizon Worlds I have been waiting over 40 minutes for this thing to load the thumbnails all I could see was blank spaces

This is very frustrating when trying to finish a map In the end I just  had to select something I couldn't see the pictures but one seems to have  been selected.

It's difficult not to get angry with this thing  but somehow this  thing always finds a way to enrage me!!!
