How do I get rid of back pain?
So I have my belt testing at my local martial arts school about to go onto green belt hooray but my back hurts and I want to play beat saber and pass my belt testing and my back feels super painful so any tips?
- Good job on getting green belt! Back pain is difficult, especially with Beat Saber and belt test soon. You might want to try gentle stretching, use ice packs if there is swelling, and perhaps take a break from playing Beat Saber until your test is done.
