Let's see 0-16 average 2.5 minutes per year
17-30 average 12.7 minutes per year
31-45 average 78.5 minutes per year
So,
it looks like the minutes until boredom per year of age is
approximately the common squared increase, age doubles time per year
quadruples.
So, let's see 40 years would be about 78 minutes per year or 52 hours
80 would be 312 minutes per year or 416 hours
160 would be 1248 minutes per year or 3328 hours. Oops too far.
120 would be 882 minutes per year or 1765.
So, you're around 110-120 years old?:) - Anonymous

I thought that I had way too much spare time.....
Yes, you're correct, I'm somewhere around that age. No, wait a minute, that's just how old I feel sometimes. - DTHHeroic ExplorerIt is only a guess 20 h. When I get stuck on a level after trying for 4 h total I move on Lots or puzzle games to try.I might at some time go back to it. I was the same way with the Myst set long before rift. I hate walk thews I just what a clue.
- FazzHonored VisionaryGiven there's millions of people in this world, I would guess it's not only you who gets bored after the 10 to 20 hour mark. Sometimes you can finish a game in that time frame though, so you won't get chance to be bored..
- Log_a_FrogHeroic ExplorerI played 190 hours of DOS 2 and I was still in act 2. There is too much content. My friend has 4000 hours on the game.. crazy addicted.
I managed to clock like 50 hours of House of the dying son but that was my first VR game.. still a good game
I wish I had the time, but if I did: I would be rich and too busy chasing women and drinking. Depends completely on the game.
I got bored with The World of Goo & Fez pretty quickly although they were both pretty innovative, they just weren't for me.
FPS's like the Fallout games or Deus Ex though, I've never really got bored of at all. I'll play continuously for ages and after a while I'll think, ok I've had enough of this now... but then 4 or 5 months later I'll dive back in and replay them.
Flight sims and racing sim sessions won't last anywhere near as long as an FPS session and not as frequent, but never get bored of those either.
- KlodsBrikExpert TrusteeNot frogger, but Diablo 1-2 and Amiga settlers 1. Got more than 2000 hours in each of these three games. ( Might have in wow as well ).
And it depends on the game as well for me. Some big titles I give up on within hours if they make me wanna die.
Take Dark Souls 3 ... That game, I was looking so much forward to play. Then it turned out to be cancer, and I have never touched it again. Played it for perhaps two hours to the point where I just wanted to throw my keyboard in direction of my monitor. - JohnnyDioxinExpert TrusteeIf I'm bored after an hour it goes on the never never shelf. Some games I have several thousand hours in - I do get bored on those now and then, so I just take a break. When I come back, they are great again!
As an e.g I currently have about 2,400 hours in 7 Days To Die (that's 4 years' worth) and I got bored for the first time after 2,300-ish, so I took a break and now I'm playing again and enjoying it again.
in FSX I have thousands of hours - 10 years flying plus intense beta testing for several devs - same can be said for Lock On FC/DCS World - though I ditched that now, there's always a chance they might get their act together and then I'd be straight back in it. - Log_a_FrogHeroic Explorer

Ori and the Blind Forest I have completed 8 times.
I love that game.. really it is the best.
