Hey got banned on Instagram and bought this meta subscription and opened a support ticket.
Now its been 2 weeks since no reply and i am texting them everyday.
Is there a way to close the ticket?

Hope you’re having a good day! To close a email support ticket, all you need to do is usually just say “My problem is resolved” or “I would like to close this ticket” and the meta support team should close it.
If it is through WhatsApp or anything else just do the same thing.
