How to get support for Oculus and its store?

I can't seem to find any source of support other than the Support sub-forum. The problem with this is that it's been days since I've posted my question, but it still hasn't been approved and it still hasn't shown up. Is there a number I could call or someone I could email? I must say, the support options are quite bad.
