I have a meta account with a lost email that i dont have anymore. Can anyone help?

I lost my meta account that had 2 years of data on it and losing it was really sad so im asking here if anybody (on meta or employees) can help.

    You must talk to support.

    If you still KNOW the email and your username for the Meta account but  only lost access to it, you'll have to verify your identity and Meta might be able to help. you.

    If you don't know it anymore you are probably out of luck.🙁

    Send a PM  @MetaQuestSupportto see what they can do.

    Click on their name, thn click the "message" button.
