I have dreamed a dream.........

**(in my Morpheus voice)**...... "I have dreamed a dreamed...A dream of the day I could be at home playing a Video Game from the racing genre(+++let me pause a sec to say that when I was a kid my favorite genre of games was racing games....I jus always felt like a good racer would make you feel like your really inside the game...really inside a beautiful sports car driving 180 mph threw London...I loved it...but as I grew older it seems like they reached a peak and every racer has been the same for the last 15yrs with no one really doing something industry changing....while other Genres were able to surpass them, FPS for example....).+++ **story continued**>>" with a Headset that would allow me to actually become closer to that feeling I had when I played these games as a kid.....".. The Genre that will benefit the most from the Rift if done right will be......: Racing, Survival Horror( duh), and SPorts (If the Rift Touch becomes what we hope)... The reason I feel Racers have reached a peak is because home consoles can only provide so much realism to a game when your holding a Joystick and looking at a screen.... One of the reason Arcade racers are still money makers is because You cant/couldnt replicate the feeling of sitting in a machine and actually playing a great racer. I feel this device may be able to become as close as we've seen.

Please Make the Earth Stop for a while.... :)
