I was wondering if anybody or anybody at Meta in help me

I've had this Oculus for about I'm pretty sure 2 years I have an Oculus quest 2 in for a while anytime I wanted to get on it I'd have to go to the screen where it says no command I'll either aboot it I'll either reload the graphics or anything like that and they would usually work or I would go to update USB thing something like that well today I tried to do that and it's got stuck on that one I'd reboot it and it would just go back to the same screen I'd turn it off it just go back to the same screen it would just loop and I want to reset it I want to erase everything factory set but I cannot I only have one controller so I use hand tracking and the other controller that I have left has very bad I don't know where a battery can be, can anybody help me?
