I'm done with PC multiplayer games.

Yeah. I mostly stopped playing multiplayer due to rampant hacking, and low maturity levels on chat/mic.

Well you're playing games with audience of mostly minors and that offer no cheat protection, what did you expected? Play some serious multiplayer games, such as Arma, Quake 3, Counter-Strike 1.6 - for first person shooters. Racing involves mostly LFS and iRacing, you won't find any more great racing games with great multiplayer ANYWHERE, any platform - and on consoles you won't find any decent racing game whatsoever. Flight sims are mostly single player anyway, but there's IL-2 WWII aircraft simulation game, and it's really good. Warthunder also offers very good simulation and fun arcade mode, and great multiplayer, but the Rift support is floppy.

Choose your games right. And choose your servers right also. Also, not to crush your dreams, consoles multiplayer is garbage - it is permanently high pings and bad lags, utter retards for players and little online count. Having to encounter cheaters sometimes and having to switch to another server can't possibly outweight all that. And why, playing videogames is about the process of playing, not about winning or losing. If you played iRacing a little you'd see how god damn hard it is to actually take first place, most the time you'd be finishing just in a top ten - if you're really good.

It kinda comes down to the game your playing..... CoD is like a magnet for them..... Basically anything that has the potential to make your RAGE.... is where hackers thrive. I play things that dont really have a "leaderboard" so to say.

tbh, cod has a strange effect on your brain and youll "see" hackers in every game..... even though they are just really good at the game.

I'm sick of the cheating and hacking and immaturity as well, but I can't bring myself to play a console for anything. That would probably change if I bought a PS4 or Xbox One, but I won't, because they still can't compare to the horsepower my PC has, and I can't justify that cost for essentially a hardware downgrade. Plus, most of my gaming time is dedicated to just Oculus games at this point.

Trust me once the oculus rift can fully work with consoles (without having to have multiple PCs hooked into them) I'm just seriously sticking with consoles for multiplayer games, and PC for single player. Anyone else agree?

What I am liking these days, is the direction a MP Driving Games is taking. I'm referring to Euro Truck Simulator 2. With the new teaser mentioning the possibility to play online, Multi-player, with friends, in a Truck Driving Game, sounds appealing to me. There is no point system, as the idea is simply to haul loads from point A to point B. Along the way, using VoIP as a CB Radio. Sounds Hilarious to me. :lol:

BTW. Esight beat me to it, for finding a way to increasing Field of View and Greatly Improving Vision to the Blind and Low-Vision people. Kudos to the for this too. Unfortunately their Pricing point is totally wild to help most of the General Poor Blind People, as a Set of Vision Aids for One Person, is around $10,000 I'm told!!! :o

I hope with time, and Mass production their Goal of Giving Vision to all of the Blind can be reached in the future.
As for me, like I said, my project was finished by someone else. That leaves me open to new directions???

Older titles of Call of Duty, like World at war and Modern Warfare 1 (Have literally no hackers) in them. (accept for the console versions) and games like Counter Strike and Team Fortress 2 have literally no hackers either. (And TF2 is F2P) which F2P titles are usually filled with hackers. (How ever they're VAC secured games) which is why I like steam.

How ever, Call of Duty Ghosts apparently VAC secured and it aggravates the living crap out of me.

Indeed. I've played cs competitively since around the release of 1.5 and I can't remember a time that it wasn't full of hackers. Granted, it's mostly wallhackers now, but you still find aimbots on a regular basis. Then again, the amount of people paranoid about hacking is insanely high too - I get banned from servers for "wallhacking" constantly just because I do well.

Overall, if you're that sick of hacking then perhaps you should try MOBAs. DotA2 or (I guess) LoL. Won't help with the awful communities though.

I dunno what servers you're playing. The ones I do are just fine.
