Instagram Business Portfolio Problem

Hello Instagram team. I used to have a meta business portfolio account. My Instagram account was linked to it. But later I lost the login information of that business portfolio. And now that business portfolio is restricted. That's why I share ads on my Instagram account and I can't add this account to another advertising portfolio. I can't appeal because I can't access my old portfolio account either. I am in a very difficult situation, please help. Thanks in advance
