instagram login error

I recently recovered my Instagram account after it was hacked. However, about a week after recovery, I received a security notification from Instagram to verify and secure my account. When I attempted to do so, an error occurred, and I got stuck on one page.

I tried reinstalling the app, but it logged me out. Now, when I enter my correct login details, I receive an "error" message instead of logging in. However, when I intentionally enter the wrong password, I get a "wrong password" error, indicating that my correct details should be working.

Additionally, I have tried to reset my password via email and phone number, but I am not receiving any password reset emails or SMS codes, even though my linked details are correct.
