Is it possible to stop the ongoing pop up for Health and Safety warning every time?

Every time someone asks for it Oculus moves the release date back back for the option to disable it.  It is currently scheduled for 12/06/9052.

Remember that the Virtual Boy had the "feature" of an automatic pause every x minutes... Yes. They intentionally broke you out of the game because they didn't trust their own hardware to not cause irrepearable eye damage... or at least annoying nausea and headaches... 

So VR has had these warnings for quite some time.
