Issue with sending replacement VR

Hello everyone, I am having a very hard time with Meta for some reason I sent in my Son VR that we received this April and it's no longer working properly. I reach out to Meta because it's still within the one-year warranty. They mention for me to send it in and they will send in a replacement within 3 to 5 business days. I sent the VR to them in October and here we are in November still no replacement. I have been in communication with them through the chat and they are giving me the runaround and not giving me a reason as to why they haven't sent the replacement. I really don't know what else to do, but I was thinking about getting legal involved because the device was very expensive and feels like it was stolen from us.
