Issues with Intel Core i9 Laptop and Meta Quest 2 – Any Advice?

I’ve been facing some challenges trying to use my Intel Core i9 laptop with the Meta Quest 2, and it’s been impacting my experience significantly. The main issues seem to be connectivity drops and performance inconsistencies, which make it hard to enjoy a smooth VR session. Sometimes, the connection drops randomly, and at other times, the performance lags even though the Intel Core i9 laptop  is fully updated and more than capable on paper.

I've tried adjusting some of the laptop settings and updating drivers, but nothing seems to fully resolve the issue. It feels like the laptop should be able to handle the Meta Quest 2 without these problems, given its specs.

Has anyone here had a similar experience with the Meta Quest 2 on an Intel Core i9 laptop? Any advice on troubleshooting these issues or tips on settings adjustments would be really appreciated. It would be great to know if there’s a specific setup or configuration that works well with this combination.
