There are way too many sick people that harass and bully autism and disabled people. When the user gets suspended, they make another account and sometime use cheat engine / other Safeware, and account delete to block the account from anyone looking at the profile. Hate Speech and sexual harassment is increasing to this point reporting them is not doing anything they keep making new accounts and this is mainly happing in Horizon cental.
