Has anyone dealt with VR-Rock for prescription lenses?

Prescription lenses are really good. It makes a huge difference. I couldn't get the VR-Rock in Türkiye without paying huge import duties so I tried ones from Ali Express and they're perfect. Real glass lenses and I went with anti blue light and anti reflective coating. They arrived very fast. I don't have a strong prescription, -1.5 on one, -2.5 on the other eye. I had to send my prescription to them on the company chat page before they made them. They wouldn't make them unless they had the opticians prescription. I think VR-Rock will be excellent from what I've read but more expensive maybe. But whatever you do, definitely go for the lenses !
I bought Zenni prescription lenses which worked great. However, I have had them since July and when I removed them to clean the plastic casing has cracked and broken on both lenses. I got in touch with Zenni and because I am out of the 30-day warranty, they will not replace. They actually asked me to buy another set! No explanation as to why this has happened.
Meta recommends this product but I am disappointed with this as they could be a great product.
Update: having contacted Zenni again they have agreed to replace my lenses, for which I am grateful for.
I can understand your annoyance. I actually bought lenses on Ali Express first as I wasn't sure if they were suitable, and I got a pleasant surprise..Firstly I gave the seller my eye strength for each eye, but he wouldn't accept it and wanted my prescription with all the parameters. That impressed me first. My requirement isn't very high -2.5 and -1.5. They arrived in about 10 days and are perfect. I was thinking the lenses might be plastic but it was real glass, and got both anti reflective and anti blue light coatings included. It does have the plastic frame but they're fine no cracks or breaking. I got a second pair just in case but haven't even opened them. The magnets are good, don't fall off. The biggest surprise was the price . 2 pairs for equivalent of $30 including import and shipping. I'm not kidding when I say that the vision quality is as good as my prescription glasses. I couldn't believe the quality as I wasn't expecting much for the price. You should check the AE mobile app and there are lots of good suppliers with high marks from customers. Just have your prescription. You just order 1 strength , then they contact you and ask for your prescription and make them as needed.
My original plan was to use these as a test and if it was ok, buy more expensive ones but when I got them I realized quickly that I didn't need to buy the overpriced ones.
Glad you got a good result in the end. I suppose just be extra gentle with those frames. 😊
